Berry Banana Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small banana, peeled and cut up
    1/4 c. fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blackberries)
    1 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. vanilla low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a blender; cover and blend until smooth. Makes 2 (8 ounce) servings.
