Ginger-Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 doz. chicken wings
Preparation
    Arrange wings evenly in the bottom of a shallow dish.
    Combine soy sauce, honey, arrowroot, vinegar, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Pour marinade evenly over top.
    Cover and chill up to 4 hours. Remove wings from marinade.
    Arrange on broiler pan.
    Cook, turning and basting with the marinade several times for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done to your liking.
