Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening (half butter or margarine), softened
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat
oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream shortening and confectioners sugar. Blend
in
flour.
Press evenly in bottom of ungreased pan, 13
x 9
x
2-inches.
Bake
for
12 to 15 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Spread over hot, baked layer and bake 20 minutes longer.
Cool and cut into bars.
