Grilled Chicken Breasts Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. corn or peanut oil (optional)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and set aside for 15 minutes.
    Heat grill, charcoal grill or broiler.
    Place breasts on hot grill, cooking on each side until done, about 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on size of breasts.
