Cinnamon And Raisin Bread(Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups water
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 cup raisins

Preparation

Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order that they are listed except the raisins.
Select setting to Basic.
Change crust color or leave it at medium.
Press Start/Stop to begin.
Add the raisins when beeping sounds during kneading.
Display will read 2:20.
When display read 0:00, press Start/Stop for 3 seconds to cancel.
Use oven mitts to handle hot bread pan.
