Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 1/2 or 3 c. cooked, shredded chicken (3 or 4 pieces, breast)
    10 to 12 tortillas (flour)
    1/2 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Add tomatoes, chicken and bouillon, simmer 15 minutes.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
    Spoon into tortillas, roll up and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
