Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and cut in chunks
1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. toasted, almond slivers
1/2 lb. seedless grapes (green), halved (optional)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise,
curry
powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Add to chicken mixture.
Chill and serve.
