Salsa Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. tomatoes
    3 diced yellow onions
    20 cayenne peppers
    5 lb. green tomatoes
    4 minced garlic cloves
Preparation
    Peel, core and chop tomatoes. Chop peppers.
    Mix all together. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
    Bring just to a boil.
    Ladle into hot pint jars. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and/or vinegar to each jar.
    Adjust lids.
