Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Measure water into a large mixing bowl.
    Sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved.
    Add margarine, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer (medium speed).
    Blend in remaining flour.
    Cover; let rise until double.
    Stir down and spread in greased loaf pan.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow.
    Makes 1 loaf.
