Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. Butter Recipe devil's food cake mix
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, shortening and half of the cake mix (dry) until smooth.
    Stir in remaining cake mix, oats and chocolate pieces.
    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
