Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. crushed pineapple, not drained
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add raisins
and walnuts. Combine egg, vanilla and melted shortening. Dissolve soda in pineapple and add.
Stir just enough to mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0. Wrap in foil for freezing.
