Hot Water Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar well.
Add flour and baking powder.
Beat. Add hot water.
Put in two 8-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
