Scalloped Ham And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ham, cubed
    1 onion, grated or chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in milk and flour.
    Layer 1/2 the ham, then potatoes and onion.
    Season with pepper.
    Top with the remaining ham.
    Pour on the flour sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
