Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    8 to 10 eggs
    1/4 c. half and half
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Variations:
    Ham, onions, green peppers and/or Cheddar cheese may be added.
