Sea Reef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped
    1/2 c. toasted almonds, sliced
    2 Tbsp. gelatin (unflavored)
    1/4 c. water (cold)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Mix salmon, eggs, olives and almonds. Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve over hot water.
    Add mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, salt and lemon juice. Mix and combine with salmon mixture.
    Mold and place in refrigerator until congealed.
    Remove from mold.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve.
