Healthful Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. quick-cooking oats
    1/2 c. honey crunch wheat germ
    1/4 tsp. salt
    12 pkg. artificial sweetener
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 c. white or whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first six ingredients.
    In medium bowl, combine next four ingredients.
    Combine the two mixtures.
    Spray pan with non-stick spray.
    Spread batter in pan. Bake 25 minutes.
    Cool and cut into 16 bars.
