Carrots And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baby carrots
    1/2 stick butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 butter
    2 c. crackers
Preparation
    Cook carrots and drain.
    Melt the butter and cheese together, then mix with the carrots.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt butter and mix with the crackers.
    Sprinkle over the carrots and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (until cracker mixture is brown).
