Liver Sausage Appetizer Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver sausage (liverwurst)
    1/4 c. real mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. chopped dill pickle
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mash liverwurst to make smooth.
    Blend in all of rest of ingredients, except add only 1/3 of the cream cheese.
    Pack into a 2-cup mixing bowl lined with foil or plastic wrap.
    Chill several hours until firm.
    Turn out and frost with remaining cheese. Chill well.
    Serve with crackers.
