Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
    fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
