Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising meal
1 Tbsp. flour
7 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 large egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Drop by spoonfuls in hot cooking oil.
Will float when done.
Put on paper towels to drain.
