Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    2 lb. uncooked, cleaned shrimp
    juice of 1 lemon (less, if desired)
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. white wine
    dash of seasoned salt
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in oil; add shrimp.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice; add mushrooms, wine and salt.
    Cook until shrimp turn pink (about 4 minutes).
    Serve over rice or pasta.
    Add green salad and crusty French bread for a flavorful menu.
