Cranberry Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. finely chopped apples
Preparation

Heat 1 1/2 cups water to
boiling.
Add cranberries and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sugar, gelatin soaked in the other 1/2 cup of water, nuts and apples.
Pour
into mold.
Place in circle on bed of crisp lettuce and
fill\tcenter\twith cottage cheese seasoned with salt and paprika.
Serves 6.
