Apple Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    3 c. sliced sweet apples
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, tapioca, water and orange peel.
    Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in apples.
    Cool.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell that has been coated with 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar mixed together.
    Top with uncooked pastry or lattice strips of pastry.
    If using a full top crust, cut a few slits in top crust. Slice a few slices of margarine and place on top and sprinkle sugar over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
