Polish Sausage And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oil
1/2 lb. Polish sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 c. thin sliced cabbage
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Cook noodles per directions and set aside.
Melt butter and saute onion and sausage 8 to 10 minutes.
Add cabbage and saute 5 minutes. Stir in caraway seed, salt and pepper.
Stir in noodles and sour cream.
Heat through 5 to 10 minutes.
