Marinated Orange And Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh orange sections
    1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    3 c. torn mixed salad greens
Preparation
    Combine orange and onion in a large shallow dish.
    Pour vinegar over mixture and toss.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 hours; stir occasionally.
    Toss gently.
    Serve over mixed greens using slotted spoon.
    Makes 3 servings.
