Taco Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 jar salsa
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Cook ground beef with onions until browned and drain well. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased baking dish.
Into this stir taco seasoning, drained corn and tomato sauce.
Spread evenly in dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream.
