Blender Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat butter until bubbly.
Place egg yolks, lemon juice and salt in blender.
Blend at low speed.
Uncover.
Pour hot butter in.
Continue to blend.
Makes 1/3 cup.
