Crescent Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. each oregano, basil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    garlic to taste
    1 egg
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
    1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    milk
    sesame seed (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and sausage, stirring until crumbly.
    Add onions, spices, tomato paste and garlic.
    Mix well.
    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and cool.
    Combine egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in bowl and mix well.
    Press crescent rolls into two 3 x 10-inch rectangles.
    Layer ground beef mixture, egg and cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese on rectangles.
    Roll each to enclose filling.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Brush with milk.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
