Hobo Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    4 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. oil (do not substitute butter for oil)
Preparation
    Combine raisins, water and baking soda.
    Let stand overnight (10 to 14 hours).
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix by hand with spoon.
    Grease cans (not too large) and fill each can 1/2 full. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let cool in cans, when cool, remove from cans.
    Wrap in plastic wrap or freeze.
    You may use soup cans or any other size you wish.
