Bake-A-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 box chicken noodle soup mix (dry)
    1/2 c. raw rice
    chopped parsley
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cook sausage, then drain.
    Boil soup mix and rice for 7 minutes in water.
    Add vegetables; put in baking dish.
    Cover with water chestnuts, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
