Easy Rocky Road - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter/margarine
2 Tbsp. shortening
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Butter 8-inch square pan.
In large microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips, butter and shortening.
Microwave at High (100%) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes just until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
Add marshmallows and nuts.
Blend well.
Spread even in prepared pan.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
Makes 16 squares.
