Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper (maybe 1 hot pepper)
    1/2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat oil about 1 minute.
    Add vegetables with wooden spoon. Stir constantly until food is only wilted, but still crunchy.
    The secret of good stir-fry is not to overcook.
