Vienna Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. lukewarm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine lukewarm water, sugar and yeast in bowl.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Add salt and oil; mix.
    Gradually add flour.
    Mix well. Knead until smooth on floured board.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Cut into 3 pieces.
    Let rise again (15 minutes).
    Shape into long loaves and place on greased cookie sheets sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Cover with towel and let rise in warm place until doubled.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
