Oriental Roast Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 or 4 lb. pork shoulder (boneless allows better penetration, but bone-in will work as well)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pork.
Place meat in plastic bag big enough to hold it and place in bowl.
Pour marinade in bag. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight is fine.
Occasionally move the bag around so marinade reaches all portions of the meat.
