Great Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 extra lean pork chops
    2 eggs, beaten
    a little milk
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing crumbs
    garlic salt or powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim off any excess fat from chops.
    Beat eggs with a little milk and place in pie tin.
    Grind crumbs or crush fine.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, sprinkle a light layer of garlic salt or powder.
    Dip chops in egg (both sides) and dip in crumbs (both sides); layer evenly over bottom of the pan.
    Top each chop with a tablespoon of undiluted soup.
    Add 1 cup milk around edges of pan.
    Cover with foil to seal.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
