Ghost Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Creamy Frosting (recipe follows)
    chocolate chips or small black gumdrops
Preparation
    Mix sugars, peanut butter, margarine, shortening and egg in a large bowl.
    Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours or until chilled.
