Orange Pineapple Punch(Make 1 Day In Advance) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
    3 c. sugar
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. orange drink
    1 liter ginger ale, chilled
    1 jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In a 6-quart container, combine first 7 ingredients.
    Place punch in covered container and freeze.
    Remove to partially thaw. Break into chunks; add ginger ale and cherries.
    Stir until slushy.
    Makes 27 (6 ounce) servings.
