1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
jalapeno pepper to taste (optional)
cilantro (optional)
