Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. each: grated Jack and Cheddar cheese
    1 (7 oz.) can Ortega whole green chiles, drained
    2 (5 1/3 oz. each) cans evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine cheeses; spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Split open chiles.
    Place over cheese; top with remaining cheese.
    Gradually add milk to flour.
    Blend well; add eggs.
    Pour over casserole; cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes; cut into squares.
