Swiss Steak(Serving 200) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 (4 oz.) cube steaks
    12 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. butter
    1 gal. onions, chopped
    1 qt. green peppers, chopped
    2 (No. 10) cans tomatoes
    2 c. tomato paste
    2 lb. carrots, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 1/2 gal. beef stock
    1/4 c. seasoned salt
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix flour, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon pepper and 2 tablespoons seasoned salt until well blended. Coat steaks with flour mixture. Brown lightly in hot oil.
    Transfer to steam table pans.
