Sunday Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    butter or margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix rice, soups and vegetables together. Season to taste. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole. Wash chicken, dry and season. Melt margarine in skillet. Coat chicken on both sides. Put chicken on top of the rice. Pour a small amount of chicken broth or water around the edges of the casserole, about 1/4 cup. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, uncovered. Freezes well.
