Apple Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans apple pie filling
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 sticks butter
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
    1 - 1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Place pie filling in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over the pie filling with.
    Add one part of the cinnamon over the mixture.
    Cover filling with dry cake mix, do not stir. Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon.
    Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
    Spread nuts over top of cake.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until topping is bubbly.
