Chinese Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Cook oil, flour, salt and mushrooms in skillet.
    Add drained liquid, plus enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add lemon juice, soy sauce, chicken or turkey, celery and green pepper; cook for 15 minutes.
    Spoon onto split hamburger buns.
    Serve hot.
