Ingredients

2 egg whites (room temperature)
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Add salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add pecans and nuts. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drop by spoonfuls onto foil covered cookie sheet.
Put in oven and immediately turn oven off.
Leave cookies in closed oven overnight.
