Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 6 oval patties.
    Brown patties in skillet. Gradually blend
    remaining
    soup
    into
    flour
    until smooth.
    Add remaining
    ingredients
    to skillet.
    Stir.\tCover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Stir often.
