Mock-Sou-Berag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. medium wide noodles
    1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. cottage cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Boil noodles in salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse with cold water. Divide cheese into 2 equal portions.
    Mix parsley into 1 portion of cheese. Place half of noodles in buttered baking dish.
    Add cheese with parsley. Top with remaining noodles. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and top is browned.
    Cut into squares. Baking time is 55 minutes from cold oven start.
