Turkey-Carcass Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey carcass
    4 qt. water
    6 small potatoes, diced
    4 large carrots, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked barley
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Remove turkey from carcass and place in large Dutch oven; add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours or until all vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf. Very good!!
