Hungarian Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good size head cauliflower
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender.
    Drain and place in a buttered baking dish.
    Cover with bread crumbs; season and pour sour cream over it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crumbs are slightly brown.
