Fretta-Like Cornbread With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt (if desired, I didn't use)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients,
    except
    cornbread mix; add that gradually.
    Place
    in
    greased 9 x 12-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Easy and good and healthful!
