Sauerkraut Rice Spuds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 c. rice
1/2 can sauerkraut
2 diced Dinner Cuts
1 small, chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
Cover potatoes with water.
Add other ingredients.
Cook until potatoes and rice are soft, about 50 minutes.
Stir and mix well. Serve with gravy or margarine or bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
